Returns Policy

If you received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email info@cherieamsterdam.nl to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

Return Policy and Guidelines:

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the cost of returning items. Please ensure all returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage in the mail. Please ensure all return packages are sent using a trackable, insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit. Ensure the return form is approved; failure to do so may result in your return not being processed.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request return information using the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items to the return address. Be sure to include a Track & Trace code on the package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we don't want any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within five working days.
